Work Week Wind Down is your chance to release that stress and reset, so you can step into the weekend feeling renewed and restored. In this class, we combine yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, and breathwork to help you release the tension from both your body and mind. Through gentle yoga flows, we’ll target areas that hold stress from long hours of sitting and screen time—releasing tightness in your back, shoulders, neck, and hips. The healing vibrations of sound will further ease the body, while breathwork and meditation help calm the mind and create space for renewal.
