Reiki Session with Sound Healing

This comprehensive session is designed to cleanse, heal, and balance your energy through a blend of smoke cleansing, crystal-enhanced Reiki, and sound healing. You will leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and more in tune with your inner self.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of what to expect during this session:

​

  • Introduction and Intake: The session begins with a brief conversation between the practitioner and the client. This may include discussing the client's health history, reasons for seeking Reiki, and any specific concerns or areas of focus.

  • Full Body Smoke Cleanse: You will either stand or sit comfortably while the practitioner prepares the cleansing materials, such as sage, palo santo, or other sacred herbs. The practitioner will gently waft the smoke around your body, starting from your head and moving down to your feet, to cleanse your aura and remove any negative or stagnant energy.

  • Reiki Energy Healing with Sound healing and Crystals: You will lie down fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. Crystals known for their healing properties will be placed on or around your body. The session will begin with gentle sound healing to clear negative energy, promote relaxation and induce a meditative state. The practitioner will then begin the reiki healing. Reiki healing is a holistic therapy that channels universal life energy through the practitioner's hands to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This gentle, non-invasive practice involves lightly touching or hovering hands over the body to balance energy, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes.

  • Gong bath: The session will conclude with a grounding gong bath. This practice is known for its profound impact on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. A gong bath immerses participants in the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release. This sound therapy enhances mental clarity, improves sleep quality, and balances the body's energy centers, fostering overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

Breathwork & Sound Bath Meditation

Breathwork & Sound Bath Meditation is a powerful practice that combines conscious breathing with the healing vibrations of sound. Through guided breathwork, you'll activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release tension, and clear stagnant energy—bringing clarity to your mind and calm to your body.

Paired with the immersive sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, this journey leads you into deep relaxation and inner awareness.

A soothing and restorative class designed to help you unwind, release tension, and melt away stress and anxiety. Through gentle, easy yoga stretches and mindful breathwork, this class guides you into a state of deep relaxation.

 

Each movement is slow and intentional, allowing you to soften into your mat and let go of any accumulated tension. The breathwork deepens your sense of calm, guiding you to fully relax into the present moment.

 

The class culminates with a grounding gong bath, where the healing vibrations of the gong wash over you, further deepening your relaxation and anchoring you in a peaceful, centered state. No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to let go.
